Strategies tested: frequent combinations, guaranteed systems, avoiding the last draw

1Frequent combinations versus Quick Pick lines – three case studies

One line played in each of the 105 draws from 18.10.2025 to 17.10.2026. Stake per line: CHF2.50 (CHF2.50 per draw).

What the figures show: with hindsight, any line you pick looks good. As soon as the choice is made before the draws, the advantage disappears – results vary just as they do for any Quick Pick line and the balance stays negative on average (about half of the stakes is paid back).

3Avoiding the numbers of the last draw

A popular filter: play none of the numbers from the last draw. Without the 6 numbers from 17.10.2026, 1,947,792 combinations remain out of 5,245,786 – 37.1%.

In reality, the next draw shared at least one number with the previous one in 62.6% of cases (expected: 62.9%, 1436 pairs of draws).

A complete winning combination has been never repeated in the database (1437 draws).

The filter does not change the odds: every remaining combination is exactly as likely as every excluded one. That no line has ever repeated is normal with 5,245,786 possibilities – for any given line, even the last one drawn, the chance is identical at every draw.
